Priced on results, not seats.
One plan with everything in it. A bill that moves with what you recover, never with headcount. Two ways to pay. And an all-in number, in writing, after one call.
Everything in it. No tiers, no modules to unlock.
The legacy stack is three or four bills: software, a portal, messaging, a dialer, each with its own vendor and its own increase. Resolvah is one plan. The consumer portal, Dee, the client portal, compliance, locate, legal, licensing, migration and support are all in the software fee.
- Predictive dialer
A dialer seat is a human collector seat, so it is priced like one: per seat, plus minutes. If you do not dial, you do not pay for it.
- Portfolio marketplace
A separate product with its own price, for agencies and debt buyers who trade paper. Optional.
- Collections system of record
- The consumer portal, with Dee
- Client and creditor portals with remittance
- Compliance checks before anything sends, and a receipt for everything
- Payments, plans, settlements and reconciliation
- Locate, legal and licensing modules
- Outsourcing workflows
- Migration and implementation
- Your branding on every surface
- Email, unlimited
- Unlimited accounts and unlimited users
- Real human support from people who have run collections
Your bill moves with what you recover. It never goes up because you hired a collector, and it never goes up because Dee replaced one.
It moves with what you recover
Your bill is tied to results. A strong month costs a little more; a slow quarter costs less. Nothing on it is a per-account or per-seat line.
It never goes up because you hired
Add a collector, add a client, add an office: the software fee does not change. Users are unlimited, on purpose.
It never goes up because Dee replaced one
When the virtual collector takes work off your floor, your bill does not punish you for it. The product is meant to make you smaller and better paid.
Performance or fixed. Same plan, same product, your choice.
Both are set from your actual numbers. Neither is a tier you get put in.
Performance
Your bill rises and falls with what you recover.
- Best if you are growing, or if you are not yet sure the technology will out-collect your floor. The risk sits with us.
- A monthly minimum keeps it sane for small books; we tell you the number in the first call.
- Applied smoothly, never as a cliff. Collecting one more dollar never costs you more than it earned.
Fixed
The same number every month.
- Best if you budget to the dollar or answer to someone who does.
- Set from your current volume, so it reflects your actual operation, not a tier you were put in.
- If you grow, fixed protects you. If you have a slow quarter, performance would have. You choose after we run your numbers.
One call. Four questions. A written, all-in number within a day.
We do not publish a rate card, because a rate card prices a tier and you are not a tier. We price your operation, then you choose performance or fixed. Here is everything we will ask.
Gross, before your fee comes out. It is the one number every owner knows to the dollar.
Your own accounts, or placements you work for clients. It changes what you keep, which changes the number.
A sanity check, and it tells us what migration and onboarding look like.
The only two things that change the total beyond the plan itself.
What we would never make you pay extra for.
A dignity-first experience
The consumer portal and Dee come standard. Humane is not an upsell.
Compliance and receipts
Pre-send checks and a tamper-evident trail on every action, at every size.
Money done right
Exact, reconciled, audit-ready payments, whichever way you pay us.
Your branding
Your name and look on the experience your customers see.
Real human support
From people who have run collections, not a script.
The fine print, in plain words.
How is pricing determined?+
By your operation, not by a tier: what you collect, whose paper it is, and whether you want the dialer or Dee on calls. We give you a clear, all-in number in writing after one short conversation, and you pick fixed or performance.
Do you charge per seat or per account?+
No. Users and accounts are unlimited in the plan. The only per-seat line anywhere is the optional dialer, because a dialer seat is a human collector seat and it carries real cost.
What about messaging?+
Email is included, without limit. Texts and voice are usage, spelled out plainly on the order form before you sign, so you can forecast them from your current volumes.
Is there a setup or migration fee?+
Migration and implementation are included. The one setup charge is for skinning the portal, mobile app and templates in your brand, and it is on the order form, not a surprise.
How long does it take to get started?+
The virtual collector can be live inside two weeks with nothing to migrate. A full platform switch runs four weeks to three months depending on the system you are leaving; our migration guides cover each one.
Can we switch from our current system?+
Yes. We have moved agencies off the big legacy platforms and the small ones, and we reconcile every total against your old system before cutover. Start at resolvah.com/migrate.
Is my data, and my clients' data, safe?+
Protection and separation are foundational, not features. Each client's data is walled off, every action leaves a receipt, and the security overview at resolvah.com/security has the details.
The honest answer to 'how much?' takes one call.
Tell us what you collect and whose paper it is, and we will come back with a clear, all-in number in writing, and a demo if you want one.
